MAX · DATA & PRIVACY · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2026

Understand the data behind your conversation.

Max is the AI assistant within MaxQ. It explains available records and helps you find the supporting page. This notice covers the hosted assistant, including voice and saved chats.

Review the answer before relying on it.

Max can make mistakes or lack relevant information. Source checks help identify supporting records; they do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Max does not execute trades or make investment decisions for you. Compliance assessments are unavailable until the required client engine data is connected.

What is sent to answer a question

Your message, recent conversation context and selected reference records are sent through the MaxQ service to Anthropic to generate and check an answer. When your access permits a portfolio question, the selected context can include private holdings, positions, exposure or earnings data.

Microsoft Entra handles sign-in. Your authorized account and application roles determine access to MaxQ records and saved conversations. A name or email shown in the interface is not a source for a financial answer.

What happens when you use voice

Your browser captures microphone audio after you start voice and grant microphone permission. ElevenLabs processes audio for transcription and reply text for synthesized speech. Transcribed questions use Max’s answering service. Ending voice stops the active microphone session. Text questions can be used without granting microphone access.

Conversation context

Max uses up to five recent exchanges plus your current question, with each message limited to 2,000 characters. Older messages can remain visible in your chat but are not necessarily included in the next answer. Restate details that the next question depends on.

Conversation storage

The interface keeps conversation state for continuity during your visit. When a chat is saved to your account, its messages and supporting conversation state are stored in Supabase. Saved chats expire 30 days after their last edit. You can remove saved chats from the chat list.

Expiry limits access to the application’s saved record. It is not a promise of immediate deletion from infrastructure backups or every provider’s systems. Provider retention and training terms are separate from Max’s saved-chat expiry; this notice makes no claim of zero retention or on-device-only processing.

Operational records

Max records operational facts such as response timing, model usage, estimated cost, source-check outcomes and error categories. These records use a pseudonymous caller identifier. The application’s telemetry writer does not intentionally store question or answer text as operational event details.

Use within your organization

Use information your organization has approved for these services. Your administrator should confirm the applicable provider agreements, account settings and retention requirements before enabling additional client data or users.
