Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

NWA AI Solutions, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI consulting and automation services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Fair and straightforward terms.

We believe in clear agreements that protect both parties. These terms outline our mutual responsibilities and expectations.

1. Our Services

NWA AI Solutions provides:

Not every engagement includes every service; the specific scope, deliverables, and price for your project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Text Messaging

We communicate with clients and prospects largely by text. If you text us first, or give us your number so we can respond to your inquiry, you agree that we may reply by text about that inquiry or your project. These are transactional messages — us getting back to you — not an automated campaign, a marketing list, or texts you didn't ask for.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary systems and methodologies. Custom solutions remain your property once fully paid. All work is licensed for your business use only.

5. Confidentiality

We protect your confidential information and expect the same courtesy regarding our business practices and proprietary methods.

6. Service Availability

We build for reliability, but much of what your systems depend on — web hosting, internet service, third-party AI providers, and, for on-premise installs, your own hardware and power — is outside our control, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Where we host or maintain something for you, we'll announce planned maintenance in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Data & Privacy

We handle your data responsibly according to our Privacy Policy. You own your data — we're just the caretaker.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Arkansas state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Washington County, Arkansas.
